Philadelphia Phillies Inactives

Updated November 4, 2026Garcia will face a 6-to-8-month recovery from surgery, which will keep him out for the remainder of the season but give him a good chance at being cleared ahead of spring training in 2027. The 33-year-old is set to become a free agent this winter after he slashed .195/.270/.329 with seven home runs, three stolen bases, 21 RBI and 21 runs over 67 games during his lone season with Philadelphia.
Right after the All-Star break, Keller was diagnosed with a torn UCL in his right elbow. He's expected to pitch 13-to-16 months from Tuesday's surgery, so the earliest that he could return to action would be late in the 2027 season, though it's more likely that he'll be aiming toward being fully healthy for the start of the 2028 campaign. Keller will finish the 2026 regular season with a 4.02 ERA, 1.34 WHIP, 13 holds, three saves and a 32:13 L:BB across 31.1 innings.
Kilian initially landed on the injured list Aug. 10 with a left oblique strain, so his move to the 60-day IL will prevent him from returning before the end of the regular season. His place on the 40-man roster will be given to Jose Urquidy, who was claimed off waivers from the White Sox on Thursday.
Reyes saw a decent amount of playing time initially upon his promotion last month, but he's hardly played lately with just one start over his team's last 10 games. Otto Kemp will grab the roster spot vacated by Reyes, who should receive more regular reps with Lehigh Valley.
Rojas remains on the restricted list while he serves an 80-game suspension stemming from a positive test for performance-enhancing drugs, but once the ban is lifted Thursday, he's expected to revert to the Phillies' injured list. The 25-year-old outfielder sustained the elbow injury earlier this month while ramping up his baseball activities in anticipation of his return from suspension. The Phillies expect Rojas will be ready to go for the start of the 2026 season, though it's possible that he'll head into spring training under some restrictions with his hitting and throwing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is injured on Philadelphia Phillies?
- The Injuries tab shows all Philadelphia Phillies players currently on the injured list (10-Day IL, 15-Day IL, 60-Day IL) or listed as day-to-day. Each entry includes the injury type, status, and date — updated daily from official MLB sources.
What is the difference between IL stints in MLB?
- The 10-Day IL is for short-term injuries (minimum 10 days missed). The 15-Day IL applies to pitchers and longer recovery times. The 60-Day IL is for season-threatening injuries — players on the 60-Day IL do not count against the 40-man roster, freeing a spot for a replacement.
How do injuries affect MLB DFS and betting?
- Key injuries directly impact team totals, run lines, and DFS value. A missing ace pitcher lowers the team's implied run prevention; a missing cleanup hitter reduces the team total. For DFS, injuries create value for replacement players who slot into the starting lineup at lower ownership and salary.
