Quarterback matchups can play a pivotal role in setting your lineups, and week 6 of the 2017 fantasy football season should be no different as we find a number of QBs in terrific matchups against questionable DSTs. Lets take a look at the matchups and see which quarterbacks you should be putting into your fantasy football starting lineup!
Week 6 Quarterback Matchups | 2017
|Defense||% Allowed vs Average||QB Affected|
As you can see this season’s breakout QB Deshaun Watson has a dream matchup with a Cleveland Browns team that is allowing opposing QBs to score 75% MORE than their average this season. To break it down simply, if Watson were averaging 10 fantasy points per week, you could expect 7.5 fantasy points more thanks to the matchup, putting him at 17.5. The only reason Watson isn’t likely to go over that 75% number this week is he is already one of the highest scoring fantasy football QBs in the league, but with an elite matchup you’ll want to keep him locked and loaded in your lineup.
For tough QB matchups we see Jared Goff going up against a Jacksonville Jaguars team that just picked 5 INT’s against Big Ben at home in Pittsburgh. Expect plenty of ground and pound from Todd Gurley, and if you’re a Jared Goff owner you will likely want to look elsewhere for QB production this week.
