Blake Bortles Jaguars QB throwing a pass against the Tampa Bay Bucs

Lets dive in to the week 11 quarterback matchups! Blake Bortles has the best overall QB matchup going against the Cleveland Browns followed by Derek Carr against NE and Alex Smith against the Giants! Remember when reading this article that you’re not looking at rankings.  These articles are intended to show the strength of the matchup, and show how many fantasy points each team gives up relative to their opponents average.  So if you’re thinking of starting Blake Bortles over Tom Brady due to matchup… start your studs and stick with Brady.

Quarterback matchups to target week 11: My favorite overall matchup this week is Alex Smith against a New York Giants defense that just got obliterated in back to back weeks by the Rams and the 49ers.  The Chiefs will be coming out of a bye after a lackluster performance against Dallas and should be ready to put up big numbers against the woeful Giants secondary.

Quarterback matchups to avoid week 11: Goes without saying but Brett Hundley and Deshone Kizer are in awful spots this week.  Should be benched in all formats.  Matt Ryan draws the 3rd toughest matchup with Seattle, though they lost Richard Sherman so the matchup isn’t as bad as it looks on paper.  If Ryan is your best option I’d stick with him this week as the Seattle secondary shouldn’t be as elite as it has been the last few seasons.
