Looking for a good waiver wire sleeper candidate at either WR, RB, or TE? One of the best ways to find some waiver wire gold is to look at which players are the most targeted on a per game basis.

I sorted players first based on targets per game, and then total targets. With the Steelers and Colts already having a bye week, the per game targets compensates for that.

News and notes
Reggie Wayne – WR – Colts
Wayne remains the most targeted WR in football, as the one guy averaging more than 12 targets per game. While that number may come down a notch or two, he remains a terrific WR2 in all formats.
Brian Hartline – WR – Miami Dolphins
Astute readers who saw my week 4 article would have picked out Hartline as one of the more targeted WR in football, a spot that he retains heading into week 5, but he will be one of the top waiver wire adds when waivers open on Wednesday.
