Just out of curiosity, would you still consider Matt Harvey to be in the 4th tier after his performance last night against the D-Backs? He does have 2 pretty good match-ups coming up in pitchers parks.

I went ahead and bumped him up to the third. He had a pretty solid performance, but the Diamondbacks have a lot of swing and miss guys. That Giants matchup will really show us what he has, the Padres are still a Triple-A team so he should be able to handle them.
