Brandon Myers

Week 9 - Myers continues to be one of Carson Palmer’s favorite targets, and week 9 will see Brandon Myers inside our top 15 TE’s in football.  In week 8 he caught 3 passes for 49 yards, in a game which saw just 14 receptions by Raiders receivers.  If you need a backup TE, Myers should be one of the guys on your short list.

Week 6 - Brandon Myers remains a sleeper in all formats for this matchup with the Falcons, but in a game where the Raiders could fall behind early, don’t be surprised if Myers is one of the top 10 TE’s of week 6.

Week 5 - Myers recorded just 1 catch off a screen for 22 yards in week 4.  The Raiders have a bye in week 5, and Myers gets a week to rest his aching body.

Week 4 - Brandon Myers put up 5.5 fantasy points in week 3, as he totaled 55 yards receiving but no TD’s.  Still an interesting TE2 in most formats, keep in mind the only reason he made the top 20 for week 4 is Aaron Hernandez is injured, and Heath Miller and Coby Fleener are on bye weeks.  Keep an eye on Myers as the Raiders will likely be playing from behind a lot this season, and Carson Palmer has shown he likes to target his TE on a weekly basis.

Week 3 – Through 2 weeks, Brandon Myers has a total of 15.10 standard fantasy points.  While he isn’t an option outside of deep leagues, he is a player to keep an eye on as the TE for the Oakland Raiders.
