Week 4 - The improved Seattle defense continues to impress as they held the Packers to just 12 points in week 3, while getting to Aaron Rodgers 8 times. Leon Washington is an underrated return man that can help in the ST department, and the Seahawks should be active in all formats for their week 4 matchup with the St. Louis Rams.
Week 2 – It was no secret that the Seahawks were supposed to have one of the better defenses this year, which explains their 76% owned rate. Week 1 they weren’t necessarily bad as they kept the Cardinals in check for most of the game, but the lack of stats was alarming as they picked up just 1 sack, 1 INT, and 1 fumble. There is enough upside here to continue to use Seattle heading into their week 2 game with Tony Romo and the Cowboys, but fantasy owners will be hoping for a little more scoring out of their go to defense this week.
