The Charlotte Bobcats don’t have many options at PF this season, and it looks like Byron Mullens will be the de facto starter come the season opener. In 2011-12, Mullens averaged just over 22 minutes per game and put up 9.3 PPG, 5.0 RPG, .9 APG, and .8 BPG. We expect his minutes to increase to 25+ this season, but the averages won’t go up much as a result. He isn’t an option in fantasy leagues heading into the season, but now in his 4th year, he is an intriguing player to keep an eye on once the season begins as the Bobcats look to see how much talent they have at their power forward position.
